With the view of creating mainstream opportunities for Canadian children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities and enhancing their future, The Gold Learning and Research Centre offers a broad curriculum of workshops, conferences and symposiums for professionals and family members to attend.
The Gold Learning and Research Centre, an initiative of The Miriam Foundation, encourages leadership, fosters networking and interaction amongst professionals, students, parents and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The Miriam Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people living with intellectual disabilities.
To foster increased awareness and support the inclusion of persons with autism and development disabilities within Canadian society, The Gold Learning and Research Centre is committed to promoting education by providing training opportunities and support in reference to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
