School-Age Services

The Gold Centre's Abili-T+ program offers home, school, and community-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) consultation and supervision services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) aged 18 months to 18 years. Our goal is to provide not-for-profit, evidence-based services to families living in the greater Montreal area, in order to help each client reach his or her full potential. By supporting both parents and community professionals, we hope to promote each client's successful integration into their community.

Our Services:

  • Parent Consultation: Providing parents with tools, skills, and confidence necessary to address specific parent-chosen goals and objectives
  • School Consultation: Helping the daycare or school teaching team to develop tools to facilitate the client’s integration into the school-based environment
  • Supervision of After-School Program: Supervising educators to promote growth that complements learning in the school environment
  • Social Skills: Facilitating dynamic social skills groups for kids and teens with a focus on communication, friendship development, and perspective taking
